Witch Museum in Salem, MA
"I live in Louisville, KY, and my family home was right in the back yard of
Waverly Hills Sanitorium. I have been in the hospital, which was unnerving at best, but even standing outside of the hospital you can feel the unrest that is present there."
Biltmore Hotel in Coral Gables, FL
"My husband and I had drinks at the
Crescent Hotel in Eureka Springs, AR, and it's a very spooky place!"
"The
Vinoy Resort in Florida is very haunted and eerie. I went to the Vinoy for a job interview and I swear I felt like I was being watched and my hair got tugged a few times."
"I lived in a home in
Cottage Grove, OR, with a very unpleasant full-apparition woman who roamed the house on a nightly basis. She scared the hell out of us so we moved. The new owners have remodeled the home to a single level. I can only imagine they must have seen the ghost go down the stairs - and give them an evil smile!"
Driskill Hotel in Austin, TX
"At the
Jefferson Hotel in Jefferson, TX, we heard scratching on the wall!"
Eastern State Penitentiary, Philadelphia, PA
"The third floor of the
Casa Monica Hotel in St. Augustine, FL, is colder than others and Room 318 is said to be the most haunted!"
"The
Hotel Del Coronado in San Diego, CA, has a woman who haunts the hotel and still looks for her husband who was lost at sea. Word is that hotel guests have seen her at night and described what she looked like."
The Hand Hotel in Fairplay, CO
"I stayed on the
Queen Mary in Long Beach, CA, which they claim is haunted. The cool thing is that when everyone from the tours goes home, you get to wander around the ship on your own. It does have a slightly creepy, haunted feel in certain areas."
The
Pierpont Inn in Ventura, CA
