I just love traveling with my family using a book or movie as my guidebook and this GoNomad article definitely struck a chord with me. In this travel adventure, one family explores Australia not through a literary classic, but rather through a heartwarming story of a young possum and her granny, tasting the country's treats all along the way.
Travel through ArizonaMy family and I arrived in Sydney and set up housekeeping for nine nights in a beachside apartment in Manly. My friend, Tonny Bassett, an ex-pat living in Australia, welcomed us with a basket of Aussie treats: sea-salt potato chips, Tim Tam biscuits, and a library book for my son.
