Got Road Skills?

We play this little game on road trips -- when you see someone make a stupid move on the road, can you guess where they are from without looking at the license plate? I've developed a profile of certain states' drivers based on their (lack of) road skills and was surprised to see in this list from Tripso that I'm not far off the mark. Check out the states that have the worst drivers in the US.
Worst Drivers in the USI learned to drive in Naples, Italy. There is little that a driver can do here in the U.S.A. that can surprise me. However, Boston drivers would have no problem driving in Naples, or New Delhi, or Bangkok for that matter … other than knowing which red lights to stop for and which ones to obey.
