The Spotted Pig

Manhattan is a brimming with fantastic burger joints and every time you blink, a new one pops up. But no matter how many burgers I try, the ultimate hamburger award belongs to the noteworthy gastro-pub, The Spotted Pig. Not only was this burger covered in an aged blue cheese and adorned with crispy shoestring fries, it sat on a buttery bun that I would have eaten on it’s own. And of course, the meat, oh the meat, it was juicy, flavorful, rich, and cooked to perfection. Of course the chef wouldn’t divulge the special combination of meat in that patty, so I’ll just have to keep going back.
