Southwest by Rail

Ever since I saw my first sunrise over the Sandia Mountains in Albuquerque, I’ve adored the southwest. And, having spent endless hours on road trips traversing the vast openness of New Mexico and Arizona, I’m kicking myself for not thinking to explore the area by rail. Oh well, for now I’ll do it vicariously through this article from Lonely Planet.
