Being a huge fan of all things culinary, this article on Consumer Traveler immediately caught my eye -- and made me immediately jealous of the opportunity Charlie Leocha had when he traveled to Canada to spend time with Head Chef of the Fairmont Chateau Frontenac, Jean Soulard!
