Creating the Crepe

Ever since I watched Julie & Julie I've been trying my hand at French cooking, but I still can't seem to make the perfect crepe (although my flipping is getting better by the day!). This article from Tripwolf has given me some much-needed tips, though, so it's back to the frying pan tonight!
