It’s Chile in the Desert

One of my favorite things about traveling is uncovering unusual, yet culturally significant, museums around the world. I found the Perfume Bottle Museum on a visit to Paris; the Museum of Coffee Culture in Zurich and now I'm headed to the Chile Pepper Institude in Las Cruces, New Mexico, after watching this video from Rand McNally.
