The Sweetness of Rome

When we traveled to Rome last summer, I thought our daily stops at the gelateria were a bit excessive. But once I started sharing stories our sweet stops with other travelers, I realized that not only were they totally normal, enjoying an ice cold treat at least once a day while traveling in Italy was practically expected!
gelato-in-rome-smIt’s a well-known fact that Rome is on the top of every stomach’s must-visit list. Afraid of filling up on bucatini alla amatriciana or carciofi alla Romana and not having room left for Rome’s not-to-be-missed gelato? Fear not!
