My first experience with African wildlife was on a luxury safari, but I've vowed that the next time I travel to Africa I'll take a camping safari. After all, a safari is unforgettable in and of itself, but when you combine it with camping under the stars on the savannah it can be a once-in-a-lifetime experience.
Botswana Camping SafariIt's like pitching a tent at the zoo, but here there are no moats or fences, and you’re the one on display. Camping in tents with a guide from this big tour company. Driving in jeeps to see the animals and to let them see me.
